Jinkee Pacquiao Announces her Retirement in Politics





Maria Geraldine "Jinkee" Jamora Pacquiao  (Maria Geraldine Capeña Jamora, born January 12, 1979) is the wife of professional Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao and a currently serving as the vice governor of Sarangani, a province of the southern island of Mindanao in the Philippines.  She was working as a beauty consultant when she met Manny Pacquiao whom she married in 2000. They have five children.




Meanwhile, she has made an early announcement that she will never again run for any elective position in 2016. She is happy to serve as Vice Governor of Sarangani  for one term with no record of anomalies. When her term ends, she plans to focus on her family and business. According to her, she wants to give others a chance. In addition, she said that she has done her part, and she is leaving politics for good.
