Mara Hautea Schnittka, best known by her stage name Julia Montes (born March 19, 1995 in Pandacan, Manila, Philippines), is a Filipina-German actress and commercial model. Tagged as Philippine television's Teleserye Sweetheart, she is widely known for her leading roles in Philippine dramas. She began as a commercial model before appearing in various television shows. She was cast in a number of GMA-7 shows.
In the meantime, she admitted that she is not yet ready to have a special someone. It is not her priority to have a boyfriend right now. She wants to focus on her work and family. In addition, she is happy with her life despite not having a boyfriend. She is lucky that every project that is offered to her motivates her as an actress. She is not pressured if she does not any love team at the moment.
