Margaux
Uson (born May 17, 1982), known professionally as Mocha Uson and Mocha,
is a Filipino singer, dancer and model best known for her
work as lead vocalist for the Mocha Girls. Her biggest break along with
the
rest of the Mocha Girls came in 2007 after signing up with Viva Records.
She is
one of the few female personalities in the Philippines who openly admit
to
being bisexual.
Meanwhile, she despises
celebrities who endorse candidates for financial gains. She considers
celebrities who endorse candidates in exchange for money like prostitute who
sell sex for monetary reasons. Because of this conviction, several netizens have questioned
her integrity. She is one of the avid celebrity supporters of presidential candidate
former Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte.
