Sharmaine Ruffa Rama Gutierrez (born June 24, 1974) is a Filipina model, beauty queen and actress. She was the 1992 Look of the Year-Philippines, Binibining Pilipinas World 1993 and second runner-up to Miss World 1993.
She is the daughter of actor, Eddie Gutierrez and talent manager, Annabelle Rama. She has two half-brothers (Tonton Gutierrez and Ramon Christopher) from her father's previous relationships. She has five siblings: Elvis Gutierrez, Rocky, Ritchie Paul, and twin brothers Raymond Gutierrez and Richard Gutierrez.
She is one of the latest victims of false online advertisements. As a result, she warned the public not believe fake, paid advertisements saying that she lost weight due to African diet pills. In the meantime, Belo Medical Group denounced the supposed FitFirst magazine Facebook post as malicious and said Ruffa remains one of Belo Medical Group’s endorsers.
