Roxanne Guinoo-Yap (born February 14, 1986, Rosario, Cavite) is a Filipina actress. As of April 2012[update] she is employed by GMA Network, having transferred from Star Magic Artist network. In 2004, she joined the popular reality TV show Star Circle Teen Quest aired on ABS-CBN and made it into the group of finalists known as the "Magic Circle of 5", along with co-stars Hero Angeles, Sandara Park, Joross Gamboa, and Melissa Ricks.
From 2004 to 2006 she dated Joross Gamboa, her co-star on Star Circle Quest. In 2007, it was confirmed that she was dating former co star Jake Cuenca. Eventually, she married a rich non-showbiz guy of Filipino-Chinese descent, Elton Yap, on January 23, 2011. She gave birth to a healthy baby girl at The Medical City in Pasig. Despite being a mother and an actress, she relates that she is not going to leave showbiz. She has been a GMA talent since 2012.
