Yen Santos (born November 20, 1992) is a Filipina film and television actress and singer. She first appeared in television through Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Clash 2010 and gained popularity as one of the lead stars in the hit drama, Pure Love as Ysabel Espiritu.
She is from Cabanatuan City, Nueva Ecija. Once a popular girl at school, she was influenced by her friends to smoke, drink and skip classes. In 2010, She joined the Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Clash where she was one of the housemates. She was evicted on Day 43.
She revealed that she received criticisms and harsh words from a director and a co-star. She admitted almost quitting showbiz because she felt she still needed to improve her acting. Her big break came when she auditioned for Pure Love. Although many are happy with her performance in Pure Love, she's not resting on her laurels.
