Glydel Mercado (born March 10, 1975) is a singer and an award-winning actress in the Philippines. She was a Grand Slam Actress winner for Sidhi for winning Best Supporting Actress in all the award giving events in 2000. She was married to actor Tonton Gutierrez in 2004.
Meanwhile, she shares how she maintains her slim figure despite she is already 40 years old. According to her, she maintains her youthful looks by regular excercise and healthy diet. Her juice diet includes ampalaya, green bell pepper, cucumber, green apple and celery.
