Sarah Geronimo (born Sarah Asher Tua Geronimo; July 25, 1988) is a Filipino singer, actress and television personality. She has established a career in the Philippine entertainment industry, and is cited in the media as one of the most popular Filipino celebrities. Born and raised in Santa Cruz, Manila, she started to receive attention after winning a singing contest on television in 2003.
Meanwhile, Sarah Geronimo bagged the most number of awards during the 2015 Myx Music Awards held last March 25 at the SM Aura Samsung Hall. She won four awards namely: Favorite Artist, Favorite Remake (Maybe This Time), Favorite Female Artist, and Favorite Music Video (Tayo). The evening also served as a way to bring together musicians even though they come from rival networks.
