KC Concepcion is the daughter of Philippine singer-actress Sharon Cuneta, and adopted daughter of former senator Francis Pangilinan. Her biological father was 80's heartthrob Gabby Concepcion. She reconnected with her father after thirteen years since her parents' annulment and his immigration to the United States in 1995.
The award-winning kapamilya actress KC Concepcion was confined in hospital and was diagnosed with dengue. She shared a photo taken in her hospital room on the image-sharing site Instagram. Once she recovered, she planned to continue her taping of Ikaw Lamang drama series.
