Lauren Young (born November 8, 1993) is an actress, of dual American and Filipino citizenship. She is the younger sister of actress and Miss World 2013 Megan Young. She first came to attention at age 12, when she hired by Star Cinema, an integrated Filipino film and television production company.
She was one of the 20 new talents introduced, as Star Magic Batch 13 by ABS-CBN's talent management agency Star Magic in 2006. According to her, she wanted to join a beauty contest once she received an acting award. In the meantime, she continues to appear on series and in films for GMA.
