Alma Concepcion is an actress, known for Pintada (2012), The Spider's Lair (2013) and Sa Ngalan ng Pag-ibig (1995). A beauty queen-turned-movie star. In 1994, when she was a tourism major at the University of Santo Tomas, she joined the Binibining Pilipinas beauty pageant and became one of the title holders. She competed in the Miss International tilt in Tokyo, Japan and made it to the top 10 finalists and also won Miss Friendship in 1994.
After her reign as Bb. Pilipinas-International, she became a Regal Baby. She made more than 30 movies for Regal. She owns a Jamaican restaurant, Montego, in Libis, Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines and also a company for organizing events. She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Interior Design. She passed the board exams and took her oath as a licensed interior designer last Tuesday, November 18.
