Denise Maria Sanz Laurel (born September 30, 1987) is a Filipina actress and singer. She is best known for playing roles in various ABS-CBN dramas, such as Precious Hearts Romances series' Midnight Phantom and Kristine, Dahil Sa Pag-ibig, and Annaliza. She is currently a member of Star Magic.
Denise Laurel and her fiance, basketball player Sol Mercado got engaged in October 2013 and planning to tie the knot in 2016. She explained that she and fiance are taking time and enjoying each other. What is important for her now is that they get along well and her fiance accepts her son Alejandro.
